Vi på Intersport blir otroligt glada och stolta när vi ser att våra produkter används i verkliga livet och inspirerar våra kunder till ett mer hållbart liv. Därför hade det varit kul om vi får lov att använda just din härliga bild på vår webbplats! Bilden publiceras först och främst på vår webbplats – intersport.se – men kan också publiceras i någon av våra andra kanaler, t.ex. Instagram och mail etc.

Genom att svara på vår förfrågan med hashtaggen #yesIntersport godkänner du följande:
Du tillhandahåller Intersport AB (Org. nr: 556079-2847) en icke-exklusiv, vinstfri, global licens för att använda dina bilder i vår marknadsföring och/eller reklam, inklusive rätten att reproducera, distribuera, ändra och redigera dina foton.

Du intygar och garanterar att du äger eller kontrollerar rättigheterna till det material du har skickat in och att du har tillstånd från alla personer som visas på fotona. Dessutom bekräftar du att du är en person (dvs. inte ett företag), du är minst 18 år eller har föräldrars samtycke och att Intersport’s användning av dina bilder inte kränker tredje parts rättigheter eller någon lag.

Härmed frigör du Intersport AB från alla skyldigheter att betala för användningen av dina bilder i print, rörligt material och i digitala/sociala kanaler över obegränsad tid. Du samtycker till att hålla Intersport AB, samt personer som agerar för Intersport AB, fria från fordringar (inklusive krav från tredje part) och skulder i samband med användning av bilderna enligt ovan.

At Intersport we are immensly proud and delighted to see that our products are used in real life and inspire our customers to a more sustainable life. Therefore, we would love it if you would allow us the opportunity to use your beautiful image on our website! The image is first and foremost published on our website - intersport.se - but can also be published in one of our other channels, for example Instagram and email etc.

By replying to our request with the hashtag #yesIntersport, you agree to the following:

You grant Intersport AB (Corporate ID: 556079-2847) a non-exclusive, non-profit, global license to use your images in our marketing and / or advertising, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and edit your photos.

You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have the consent of all persons shown in the photos. In addition, you confirm that you are a person (ie not a company), that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent and that Intersport's use of your images does not infringe any third party rights or law.

You hereby release Intersport AB from all obligations to pay for the use of your images in print, animated and video formats and in digital / social channels for an unlimited time. You agree to keep Intersport AB, as well as persons acting for Intersport AB, free from claims (including claims from third parties) and liabilities in connection with the use of the images as above.
